TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE

WHOLESALE APPLICATION TERMS: 
Upon approval of your wholesale account, you will be granted conditional approval, valid for one month only. If your first order is not placed within a one month period, your account will no longer be active with us.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS: 
As a wholesale customer, there are selected products that require a minimum quantity to be purchased. 

PRICING: 
Wholesale accounts receive up to 50% off the RRP of all products. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time. Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.

PAYMENT: 
Payment is due at checkout, prior to dispatch, and can be made via credit card, Paypal or Afterpay. Direct deposit is available upon request. 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY:
All of our prints are made to order and shipped to you via courier. Production and delivery of your premium art order will take approximately 2 – 3 weeks. Homeware items and Posters will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Furniture Items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery timeframes are dependent on the size of the item, the allocated courier and the destination. Delays may occur in the event of extreme weather conditions. If you require an item sooner than this, please email our team to confirm if it is possible before you order. Orders for multiple items may be delivered at different times due to the dispatch timeframe for different products.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.

SHIPPING:
Delivery is calculated on a per-product basis Australia-wide, and will be totalled at checkout. Due to the size of our items, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and therefore require a street address. International Shipping will incur additional fees and charges. These charges may be presented after the sale has occurred.  Shipping prices are subject to change at any time without notice.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
