We will replace or refund your item, if goods are faulty, not as described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you. In the rare event that your item is damaged in transit or faulty please contact us with a photo of the damage or fault via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hours of receipt of goods. In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as exchanges or refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. Please note, if you are unsure, you can email email@example.com with a photo of your wall and we will show you a preview of the artwork in your space before you buy.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed and no amendments or cancellations can be made after 24 hours of the order date. We are not able to combine orders, or make any changes after this time.
Reduced and Sale items are NOT eligible for returns. Once your order has been placed no amendments or cancellations can be made.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
All of our prints are made to order and shipped direct from our factory in Qld to you via courier. Production and delivery of your order will take approximately 2 – 4 weeks. Delays may occur in the event of extreme weather conditions. If you require a print sooner than this please ask if it is possible before you order. We partner with international printers in USA & Europe for our international orders. We work closely with our international liaisons to ensure that your canvas is printed and packaged to the highest standards and protected while in transit.
Delivery is calculated on a per product basis for RETAIL and WHOLESALE customers Australia wide. Due to the size of our items, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and therefore require a street address. International Shipping may incur additional fees and charges. These charges may be presented after sale has occured.
Urban Road accepts payment through PayPal and by credit card, payment is required before an order will be processed. For international orders we accept payment by Paypal or credit card only. We also now offer AfterPay, our buy now, pay later option.
GST is included in the listed price. Shipping is calculated on a per product basis and it valid for Australia only. International sales may incur additional fees and charges.
Wholesale prices are available to approved applicants such as Interior Designers, Decorators, Architects and Retailers. Once your wholesale access is approved we will contact you with your account details. International customers are welcome to apply for wholesale access.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with Urban Road, you are agreeing to our Terms of Trade. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately and will be emailed to you.
