Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively "Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.
Promotions and sales are valid for the advertised dates & times only and cannot be extended.
All promotions are available to Australian, RETAIL customers only.
Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
Promotions do not apply to gift certificates, shipping, GST or duties or similar services.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted.
Shipping is calculated on a per product basis and is valid for Australia only. International sales may incur additional fees and charges.
Exchange, refund or credit notes are not valid on any products bought with a promotional code unless in the case where product is deemed faulty or damaged.
Promotional items are available only while supplies last; Urban Road does not issue rain checks for items that run out of stock.
- Urban Road can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time. 

- You must apply the supplied discount code in your checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes can not be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received. At checkout, only one discount code can be entered at any one time. If you are unsure how to enter a discount code please contact customer service. 

What guarantees do you offer?
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and under other consumer laws applying in each State and Territory, you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:

- the goods are faulty;
- the goods are wrongly described;
- the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
- the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.

These consumer guarantees are implied into all consumer contracts and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. 

Urban Road will happily replace your artwork if it does not arrive in its promised condition. We require that you email us a photo of the damaged print within 24 hours of receipt to info@urbanroad.com.au, we will then organise your replacement. 

Can I change my mind?
Please choose carefully as exchanges or refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found the item cheaper elsewhere.  We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. Please note, if you are unsure, you can email info@urbanroad.com.au with a photo of your wall and we will show you a preview of the artwork in your space before you buy. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed and no amendments or cancellations can be made after 24 hours of the order date. We are not able to combine orders, or make any changes after this time.  

Can I return sale items?
Reduced and Sale items are NOT eligible for returns. Once your order has been placed no amendments or cancellations can be made.

What is your returns policy?
We will replace or return your item, if goods are faulty, not as described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you. In order to return your item, please login to your account and select the "request return" option, you will be asked to give the reason for your return. 

- In the rare event that your item is damaged in transit or faulty please contact us with a photo of the damage or fault via email at info@urbanroad.com.au within 24hours of receipt of goods. 
Returns must be received within 14 days for Australian customers & 30 days for International customers.
Returns must be received in original condition and packaging.  We reserve the right to reject your return if this is not complied with.
If your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost
Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for return.
We do not credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Urban Road. 
- Every endeavour is made to ensure returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Urban Road are very cautious when it comes to quality control and all items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers. 
Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty, incorrectly dispatched by Urban Road or damaged in transit.  

How long will it take receive my print?
All of our prints are made to order and shipped direct from our factory in Qld to you via courier. Production and delivery of your order will take approximately 2 – 4 weeks. If you require a print sooner than this please ask if it is possible before you order.  We partner with international printers in USA & Europe for our international orders. We work closely with our international liaisons to ensure that your canvas is printed and packaged to the highest standards and protected while in transit.

Delivery is calculated on a per product basis for RETAIL and WHOLESALE customers Australia wide. Due to the size of our items, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and therefore require a street address. International Shipping may incur additional fees and charges. These charges may be presented after sale has occured.

Urban Road will happily replace your artwork if it does not arrive in its promised condition. We require that you CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY info@urbanroad.com.au and email us a photo of the damaged canvas with in 24 hours of delivery, we will then organise your refund or replacement.

No repairs/replacements of damaged artworks will be offered if you fail to report damages within 24 hours of receiving your goods. 

What do I need to know about promotions?

PROMOTION CODES FAQ

I don't know which canvas to choose, can you help me with design?

What is gallery wrapped canvas printing? What are your canvases made of? 
We print on artist grade, poly cotton blend canvas using latex inks.  The canvas is then stretched onto 38mm stretcher bars.   The artwork image is wrapped around the sides of the frame so that the image is visible when viewed from the side for a gallery quality finish. All of our canvases arrive ready to hang.

What is a shadow box frame? 
Adding a shadow box frame to your artwork creates a sophisticated look for an unbelieveabley affordable price. The frame sits around the sides and back of the canvas, leaving a 10mm gap between the canvas and the frame for a sleek modern look. The depth of the frame is 40mm. Available in your choice of white, black or wood. 

Can I purchase larger size canvases?
The largest size canvas is 120x160cm, larger sizes are available un-stretched/unframed. Please email us for pricing of un-stretched canvases.
 
What are my payment options?
Urban Road accepts payment through PayPal and by credit card, payment is required before an order will be processed. For international orders we accept payment by Paypal or credit card only.  We also now offer ZipMoney, our buy now, pay later option, to find out more please

Is GST and delivery included in the listed price?
Yes, GST is included in the listed price, delivery is a flat rate of $19.95 Australia wide for retail customers.  Shipping for wholesale orders is calculated on the total order value with a minimum shipping fee of $30.
 
Wholesale/trade pricing?
Wholesale prices are available to approved applicants such as Interior Designers, Decorators, Architects and Retailers. Please go to the 
wholesale page of our website to apply for wholesale access. Once your wholesale access is approved we will contact you with your account details. International customers are welcome to apply for wholesale access.
