REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY
Urban Road will happily replace your artwork if a print arrives damaged or is not representative of the item chosen on the website.
Any damage should be reported as soon as possible, please click here to sign into your account, select 'Resolution Centre and complete the details for a new dispute. Photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof, please email these to [email protected]. Please retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item.
In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.
PRINT AND PRODUCTION
All Premium Art products are made to order in multiple warehouse locations across Australia. They require a 7-10 business day production time.
Urban Road artwork is printed on mediums that contain natural fibres, these may occasionally contain small slubs and/or minor imperfections and have slight colour variations, this is a natural part of the product and are not considered faults.
PLEASE NOTE: Stylised lifestyle images displaying product insitu on our website are for illustrative purposes only, colours may vary in real life.

Fast track the production to 3-5 working days for all made to order Premium Art prints (including canvas, box frame canvas and framed prints).
Each print is a cost of $49. If you have more than 3 prints please contact us on [email protected] for an Express Production quote.
PLEASE NOTE: Express production is not express shipping. It simply refers to fast-tracking the production time taken to create your beautiful artwork. All shipping timeframes vary and are dependent on the courier and delivery location. Shipping guidelines can be found here.
Can’t find the right size for your space? We can certainly assist you with custom sizes.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders are not included in any promotional sales or discounts and are not eligible for return under the Change of Mind Policy.
Getting in early on our upcoming products? Pre-orders are listed with an estimated date for dispatch, which may be delayed pending production.
Please allow some additional days from the estimated listed date for us to prepare and dispatch your order. If we can dispatch earlier, we will prioritise your order.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
If you have changed your mind, please click here to log into your account, select 'Resolution Centre' to submit a return request within 7 days and we will happily offer a store credit or refund on return of the item.
Please make sure that you keep all of the original product packaging as we require the product to arrive in saleable condition in order to process your store credit or refund.
Please choose carefully when purchasing as the below items are not eligible for Change of Mind returns:
- Items purchased as part of a promotional period.
- Items purchased with a promotional code.
- Wallpaper that has been installed or partially installed.
- Rolled prints that have since been framed by a third party.
- Custom size orders.
Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded, and any new shipping costs to return the product to Urban Road will be deducted from the refund or store credit if approved.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.

Deliveries to rural and regional locations areas may attract higher shipping costs. We are happy to provide a quote prior to ordering.
International Shipping may incur additional fees and charges. These charges may be presented after sale has occurred.
Shipping prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
*FREE Poster shipping is now available Australia wide. International poster orders require manual processing and can be completed by contacting [email protected].
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Due to the made to order status of our Premium Art and Poster products, our production times vary between products, which means that some of the items in your order may arrive separately.
Delays may occur in the event of extreme weather conditions. If you require a print sooner than this, please contact us before placing your order.
We are unable deliver to PO Boxes as our couriers require a street address for delivery.
If you do not wish your item to be left at the delivery location by the courier, please indicate 'no' on the check-out page. If you choose to give us authority to leave your item, no responsibility can be taken by Urban Road if an item is lost or stolen.
If you select to sign for your delivery but are not available to do so on the delivery day, your item will be taken to their nearest depot for you to collect at a time convenient to you - we will provide tracking information when your order is dispatched,
If a re-delivery is requested, charges will apply. Please contact us for information on re-delivery fees.
We partner with international printers in USA & Europe for our international orders. We work closely with our international liaisons to ensure that your canvas is printed and packaged to the highest standards and protected while in transit.
Urban Road accepts payment by Credit Card, PayPal and AfterPay. Payment is required before an order can be processed. For international orders we accept payment by PayPal or credit card only.
PROMOTIONS AND SALE
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the advertised dates and times only and cannot be extended. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion times.
If a discount code is supplied, this must be applied at checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received.
All promotions are available to Australian residents only. Unless specified, all promotions are available to retail customers only.
Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
Promotions do not apply to shipping, GST or duties or similar services. Unless specified, promotions do not apply to gift vouchers or pre-order items.
Promotional or Sale items are NOT eligible for 'change of mind' returns. Once your order has been placed no amendments or cancellations can be made.
For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.

The payment platform allows you to purchase in four instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $200,

THE NITTY GRITTY:
The funds for the first payment will need to be available at the time of checkout. If you are a new Afterpay customer, the first payment will be withdrawn at the time of purchase, with the remaining payments made periodically over the next 6 weeks. Once you have been an Afterpay customer for at least 6 weeks, for all orders under $500 your first payment will be made in 14 days, with the total amount being paid within 8 weeks.
Your payment schedule will be emailed to you.
If you fail to make any of the payments, you will incur a late payment fee of $10, with a further $7 added 7 days later if the account remains unpaid.
Who can apply:
- Must be 18 years of age;
- Must be an Australian citizen or a resident;
- Australian debit or credit card holder.
