TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE

TRADE APPLICATION TERMS: Upon approval of your Trade account, you will be granted conditional approval, valid for one month only. Your minimum opening order requirement is AU $300.00 inc GST. If your first order is not placed within a one month period, your account will no longer be active with us.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS: As a Trade customer, there is a AU $300.00 inc GST minimum spend per order. N.B. Shipping costs are not included in the order totals.
PRICING: Trade accounts receive 50% off the RRP of all products, excluding posters. Posters receive 30% off the RRP. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time. The RRP for each product is listed on our price lists. Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.
PAYMENT: Payment is due at checkout, prior to dispatch, and can be made via credit card, Paypal or Afterpay. Direct deposit is only available for customers who have been approved for 30 day accounts.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY: All of our prints are made to order and shipped to you via courier. Premium Art will be sent to production and ready for dispatch in 7-10 business days. Decor items will be dispatched between 3-5 days. Posters will be dispatched within 3-5 days. Delays may occur in the event of extreme weather conditions, or holiday periods. If you require a print sooner than this, please ask if it is possible before you order. Orders for multiple items may be delivered at different times due to the dispatch timeframe for different products. PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.
SHIPPING: Delivery is calculated on a per product basis Australia wide, and will be totaled at checkout. Due to the size of our items, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and therefore require a street address. International Shipping will incur additional fees and charges. These charges may be presented after the sale has occurred.  Shipping prices are subject to change at any time without notice.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
